Job summary

RTL Group Ltd. is seeking a Site Engineer to support the delivery of works on a major highways project in the United Kingdom.

You will help ensure safety, accuracy and compliance with project specifications on site, coordinating daily activities with civil and survey teams and maintaining quality controls throughout construction. The role requires proven setting-out and surveying experience, the ability to read technical drawings and specifications, and a strong understanding of QA/ITPs and site

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer within highways/civils infrastructure.
• Strong setting-out and surveying experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of QA, ITPs and site documentation.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Relevant engineering qualification preferred.

The successful Site Engineer will be responsible for supporting the delivery of works on site, ensuring construction activities are completed safely, accurately and in accordance with project specifications.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer within highways/civils infrastructure.


• Strong setting-out and surveying experience.


• Competent with relevant engineering and surveying equipment.


• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.


• Strong understanding of QA, ITPs and site documentation.


• Excellent communication and organisational skills.


• Relevant engineering qualification preferred.
