EKFB is seeking a Site Engineer to join the team on a major HS2 civil engineering works package, based near Greatworth. The role oversees on-site setting out and coordination of M&E activities with Sub-Agents and Foremen to ensure delivery on time, to budget and to exacting standards.
You will support the team with programmes, progress reports and cost plans while ensuring resource availability and effective subcontractor management. BPSS clearance may be required during onboarding.

We're looking to recruit a Site Engineer to join our team based in Greatworth.
The Site Engineer is responsible on site for other junior engineers and assists in the construction operations in the Banbury area. You will be required to liaise with the Sub Agent and Section Foreman to allocate labour, plant and materials to carry out M&E works activities to the required standards, programme and budget.
You will be responsible for working with the setting out team and be responsible for the performance and development of M&E Sub-Contractors and resolving technical problems on site in liaison with the senior team and Sub-Agent. Specification and coordination of varied contractors and time frame to ensure smooth delivery in a 'just in time' fashion.
Ensuring that the team have all current information and resources required to carry out their duties, you will be required to assist with the production of programmes, progress reports, resource and cost plans and contribute to financial forecasting.
