Job summary

Anglian Water Group Ltd. is seeking a Site Electrical Supervisor at @one Alliance Norfolk to lead electrical works across multiple projects, supervise electricians and apprentices, and ensure compliance with electrical safety rules.

You will issue permits, manage safety plans, read drawings and SLDs, and promote a proactive safety culture, including NICEIC certificates and Electrical Appointed Person duties.

Qualifications

• CSCS affiliated Electrical Supervisor card.
• Experience in supervising electrical works in civil/water projects.
• Ability to issue permits and manage isolations safely.
• Knowledge of Electricity at Work Regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and allocate work to electrical crews across multiple projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules, regulations, and method statements.
• Issue permits for electrical works and isolations with safe systems.
• Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and pre-start briefings.
• Oversee subcontractors, commissioning engineers, and testing phases.
• Ensure ITPs, as-built drawings, and NICEIC certificates are completed.
• Manage plant, equipment, and materials for smooth delivery.
• Support development of junior supervisors and self-delivery teams.
