Job summary

Anglian Water is seeking a Site Electrical Supervisor to lead safe electrical delivery across multiple projects. You will supervise electricians, subcontractors, and apprentices, ensuring compliance with electrical safety rules and permits. Your role includes managing permits, site safety, and commissioning support.

Ideal candidates will have CSCS supervision, BS7671 18th Edition, and relevant testing qualifications, with strong leadership and IT/digital skills for efficient delivery.

Qualifications

• CSCS Electrical Supervisor card and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and allocate work to electrical supervisors, electricians, and apprentices on multiple projects.
• Ensure compliance with @one Alliance electrical safety rules, regulations, and method statements.
• Issue permits for electrical works and isolations.
• Carry out site inspections, toolbox talks, and pre-start briefings.
• Monitor progress, daily outputs, and address issues impacting delivery or budgets.
• Oversee subcontractors and commissioning engineers; support safe commissioning and testing phases.
• Ensure inspection and test plans, as-built drawings, and NICEIC certificates are completed to standard.
• Manage plant, equipment, and material requirements to keep works progressing.
• Support development of electrical supervisors and apprentices.
• Promote innovation and digital tools to improve delivery and efficiency.
