Job summary

JN Bentley is seeking an experienced Site Electrical Supervisor to lead electrical works across multiple projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery. You will manage electricians, supervisors, and subcontractors while coordinating with construction leadership to maintain high standards.

Ideal candidates will hold a CSCS Electrical Supervisor card, BS7671 knowledge, and relevant safety qualifications.

Qualifications

• CSCS Electrical Supervisor card and proven supervisory experience.
• Experience in electrical works within water or construction industries.
• BS7671 18th Edition qualification and I&T qualifications (Inspection & Testing).
• CITB SMSTS, First Aid, and EUSR National Water Hygiene Card.

Responsibilities

• Lead and allocate work to electrical teams across multiple projects.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety rules and regulations.
• Issue permits for electrical works and manage isolations.
• Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Oversee subcontractors and commissioning activities to ensure safe testing.
