Job summary

Manpower UK is recruiting for a Senior Data Engineer to oversee and support structured cabling installations at a Newcastle city centre site. This hands-on supervisory role emphasises containment installation, working at height, and on-site testing using Fluke DSX equipment.

Ideal candidates will have CSCS/ECS, SSSTS, and proven data cabling experience, with ability to supervise teams and ensure safety standards on a busy commercial project.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience on installation projects.
• Experience with structured cabling installations.
• CSCS or ECS card is required.
• SSSTS certification preferred.
• Experience working at height and using cherry pickers/MEWPs.
• Ability to conduct testing and certification with Fluke DSX.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support structured cabling installation activities.
• Install and maintain containment systems.
• Carry out testing and certification using Fluke DSX equipment.
• Operate cherry pickers/MEWPs as required.
