Job summary

Red King Resourcing is recruiting a short-term Data Cabling Engineer to join a commercial installation project in the UK. You will be confident installing, terminating and testing Cat 6A structured cabling and comfortable working at height using powered access equipment.

On-site duties include following drawings and cable schedules, maintaining a high standard of workmanship, and strictly applying Health & Safety procedures throughout the contract.

Qualifications

• Proven experience installing, terminating and testing Cat 6A cabling.
• Experience working on commercial projects.
• Comfortable working at height with powered access equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install Cat 6A structured cabling.
• Terminate data outlets, patch panels and cabinets.
• Test and certify installed cabling.
• Work from drawings and cable schedules.
• Maintain high workmanship while following health and safety procedures.
