Job summary

Dornan Engineering Group is seeking a Project BIM Manager to oversee BIM activities across UK sites, reporting to the Project Director. This hands-on role involves coordinating with design teams, engineers, and contractors to deliver accurate, buildable designs and to drive BEPs/BIPs and BIM delivery strategies.

You will lead Project BIM Coordinators, chair meetings, monitor progress, and champion company BIM standards while working closely with commercial and construction teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading BIM coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of BEPs/BIPs and BIM delivery strategies.
• Experience delivering BIM on projects across UK/Ireland and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project BIM Coordinators and manage Revit/Navisworks workloads.
• Coordinate with design teams, engineers, consultants and contractors.
• Chair coordination meetings and report on project progress.
• Implement and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and BIM Implementation Plans (BIPs).
• Drive coordination to resolve clashes and ensure timely information flow.
• Support development of company BIM standards and best practices.
