Job summary

BYLOR is seeking a Completion & Process Engineer to lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of construction completion processes at Hinkley Point C, Somerset. You will ensure MS1, MS2 and MS3 readiness, coordinate interfaces across Construction, Engineering, Quality and Planning, and drive KPI-based performance improvements.

The role focuses on embedding effective handover and certification controls, resolving blockers and delivering reliable forecasts for milestone

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in civil, construction, process, completions or quality engineering within large and complex projects.
• Strong understanding of construction production processes, sequencing and the transition from construction through completion and handover.
• Experience in developing, implementing and improving construction processes and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain construction completion processes, workflows and control systems for assigned buildings and areas.
• Translate milestone requirements into measurable activities, deliverables, inspections, certification and closure actions.
• Monitor areas against planned MS1/MS2/MS3 dates and provide early warning where constraints may affect milestone achievement.
• Identify and coordinate the removal interface blockers, ensuring clear ownership and target dates.
• Work with Stakeholders and Planning teams to align completion requirements with production priorities, sequencing and short/medium-term planning.
