Job summary

Citygate is seeking a Site Co-ordinator to support the sales team by coordinating both new and used car stock on site, pricing, and showroom readiness. The role involves customer greeting, driving tasks for the sales team, and maintaining a welcoming on-site atmosphere.

The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach, proactive attitude, a full clean driving licence, and strong customer service skills to engage with customers across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate New and Used car stock including pricing, preparation and cleaning.
• Monitor and control customer parking areas.

• Help prepare showroom daily, including moving cars and updating pricing boards.

Here at Citygate we are looking for a Site Co-Ordinator to assist the sales department and co-ordinate vehcile on site.

Key responsibilities

Your key responsibilities as a Site Co-ordinator will be:

• Co-ordinating the New and Used car stock including pricing, arranging preparation and cleaning of these vehicles.
• Monitoring and controlling customer parking areas
• Being an ambassador of Citygate and greeting customers in a welcoming manner
• Completing driving tasks on behalf of the sales management team
• Assist in preparing the showroom each day, including moving cars and adding pricing boards
