Job Description

We have immediate positions available for experienced operating foremen.

The site foreman must be able to read blueprints, shoot grades, layout work, conduct toolbox safety meetings each morning, set up the work, and manage the equipment operators and laborers crew productively.
You must be able to safely and productively run heavy equipment, including excavators, wheel loaders, bulldozers, skid steers, etc. You need to be capable of executing Project Manager's directives in running commercial site work projects, including site layout, installation of water, sewer and storm pipe, road base & roadway installation, utility work, fine grading, foundation prep, curb installation, etc.
You will keep the project schedule, communicate with subcontractors, keep them on schedule, and oversee the quality of their work.
Keep track of employee hours each week and collect timecards.
Maintain a daily work log of what was done and take before/after/progress/problem pictures as needed.
Must be willing to work overtime and some Saturdays if needed. Be responsible for fueling, care, and routine maintenance of equipment. Always ensure a safe work environment.
