Responsibilities:

• Participate in project initiation and handover meetings with all stakeholders, including Sales, Design, and QS.
• Develop and maintain project programmes.
• Communicate regularly with clients throughout the project.
• Maintain comprehensive project records.
• Attend internal Cost To Complete (CVR) meetings.
• Complete and submit all end-of-project documentation, such as O&M manuals, As-Fitted Drawings, and Certifications.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Working knowledge of engineering drawings.
• Experience managing projects with budgets ranging from £5k to £2m in the construction industry.
• Experience supervising on-site labour and resources.
• Current SMSTS and CSCS cards.
• Knowledge of CDM management principles.
• Relevant qualifications such as NVQ, NHD, HNC, or City & Guilds in Building Services or Mechanical disciplines.

As a Sprinkler Project Engineer, you will support the Project and Site Managers within the Main Contracts (Special Risk division) to deliver fire protection projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with customer and regulatory standards.

You will gain experience working on diverse projects, including commercial, energy-from-waste facilities, warehouses, and distribution centers.
