Job summary

Rullion is seeking a Production Team Leader for the Stone, Staffordshire site. You will oversee multiple project builds, coordinate with the Production Scheduler, and ensure milestones are met while maintaining quality.

The role demands hands-on leadership, mentoring apprentices, reinforcing health & safety, and driving a right-first-time culture. The position is fully site-based with up to 40 hours per week. BPSS clearance is required; permanent contract offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a team in a production environment.
• Experience in electrical industry beneficial.
• Able to use MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams confidently.
• Able to plan and coordinate daily production activities to meet milestones.
• Supervise multiple projects to meet production deadlines.
• Maintain production records and documentation.
• Monitor and uphold production quality standards.
• Train and mentor production staff and apprentices.
• Ensure health and safety compliance is maintained.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple project builds and ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Production Scheduler to identify milestones and required activities.
• Lead the production team and apprentices, mentoring staff as needed.
• Maintain and check production records and documentation.
• Monitor build quality and uphold right first time culture.
