Job summary

Rullion is seeking a Site Manager to deliver protection, control, automation and electrical installations across multiple UK sites. The role requires strong leadership, a track record in site management and the ability to supervise installation subcontractors.

You will work on-site up to 5 days a week, travel as needed, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements such as CDM 2015 and BS 7671.

Qualifications

• Experienced site manager with understanding of installation requirements from electrical & small mechanical backgrounds.
• Management responsibility for leading a site team of multi disciplines roles.
• Develop and review documentation to support site works including Safety, Health and Environmental plans, Risk Assessments & Method Statements.
• Undertake site surveys to support tendering teams on site matters.
• Knowledge of UK regulatory requirements related to Construction projects including CDM Regulations 2015.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, quality, time and specification for delivery of protection, control, automation and electrical installations at client sites.
• Lead a site team of diverse disciplines and supervise installation subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with installation practices and safety/quality standards on site.
