Job summary

Kenton Black is searching for a Contract Project Manager to work on a long-term contract for luxury residential and infrastructure development in Perthshire. This role requires proven construction experience, particularly with contract administration (JCT or NEC). The Project Manager will be responsible for day-to-day site delivery, managing contractors, and overseeing infrastructure works. Accommodation can be provided during the working week, and this role offers significant stability with a minimum commitment of 5 years.

Qualifications

• Construction experience and proven contract administration (JCT or NEC) are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily project delivery activities.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and design teams.

Skills

Demonstrable experience working with contractors and senior stakeholders
