Essential qualifications include a minimum of 2 years in project management, experience with JCT contracts, and proficiency in Autocad. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in construction project management.
• Experience in contract administration using JCT.
• Good knowledge of CDM regulations and health and safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from inception to completion.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders throughout project lifecycle.
• Prepare cost estimates and reports for senior management.
