Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions in Worcester is seeking a skilled Maintenance Plumber to join a national facilities management organisation in healthcare. You will diagnose, repair and maintain plumbing systems to uphold reliability and client satisfaction.

The role is site-based in Worcester, Monday to Friday (40 hours), with an on-call rota to be confirmed. NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing & Heating is required, along with a solid facilities management plumbing background; full CV preferred.

Qualifications

NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing & Heating or equivalent.
Proven track record as a Maintenance Plumber or similar role within facilities management.
Knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures and materials; strong troubleshooting skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

Inspect plumbing systems for leaks, clogs and issues and rectify them promptly.
Perform preventive maintenance to extend equipment lifespan.
Diagnose and resolve plumbing faults such as leaks, blockages and damaged pipes.
Install, replace and upgrade plumbing fixtures to industry standards.
Coordinate repairs with maintenance staff and external contractors.
Follow safety protocols and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe work environment.
