Job summary

Core Group is recruiting a Logistics & Procurement Co-Ordinator for a busy, site-based team. The role covers logistics, procurement, sales orders and daily communication with clients and couriers to ensure orders are processed and deliveries completed efficiently.

The successful candidate will manage documentation, coordinate orders with factories and suppliers, and maintain clear records while supporting internal teams and customers. This is a hands-on, permanent position with regular hours.

Qualifications

• Experience managing logistics and procurement processes.
• Understanding import/export documentation.
• Experience processing sales or purchase orders.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics, import and export documentation, ensuring paperwork is accurate and processed efficiently.
• Coordinate procurement processes, placing product orders with factories and suppliers.
• Process and manage sales orders, ensuring orders are entered correctly and delivered.
• Communicate directly with clients, providing updates on orders and deliveries.
• Track deliveries and liaise with couriers to resolve delays and issues.
• Maintain accurate records and keep documentation up to date.
• Work with internal teams, suppliers, factories and customers to fulfil orders smoothly.
• Support the wider team with general administrative duties.
