Job summary

Core Group is seeking a Logistics & Procurement Co-Ordinator to join a busy, growing team. The role is predominantly site-based and hands-on, managing logistics, procurement, sales orders and daily client/courier communications.

The ideal candidate will navigate import/export docs, coordinate orders with factories and suppliers, and track deliveries while keeping customers updated and issues resolved. Strong organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics and procurement processes.
• Experience processing sales or purchase orders.
• Strong communication with clients and couriers.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficient IT skills and comfortable with business systems (e.g., ERP).

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics, import/export documentation and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate procurement with management to place orders with factories/suppliers.
• Process and manage sales orders from entry to delivery.
• Communicate with clients providing order updates and handling queries.
• Track deliveries and liaise with couriers to resolve delays.
• Maintain accurate records and keep documentation up to date.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers for smooth order fulfilment.
• Support team with general admin and coordination duties.
