Job summary

Bilfinger UK is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to support the PUMA project near Hull. You will be based on site, provide professional HSE guidance to the project team and promote a proactive safety culture across all activities.

The role requires conducting inspections, audits and risk assessments, investigating incidents and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation and client requirements throughout the construction and engineering phases.

Qualifications

• Experience as HSE Advisor in construction/engineering/industrial services sectors.
• Experience supporting Principal Contractor operations under CDM 2015.
• Proven ability to conduct inspections, audits and safety tours.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site HSE advice to management, supervisors and workers.
• Ensure compliance with UK health and safety legislation and CDM requirements.
• Conduct inspections, audits and safety tours to identify hazards and maintain standards.
• Investigate accidents and incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain risk assessments, RAMS and safe systems of work.
