VIVO Defence Services, a joint venture between Serco and EQUANS, is recruiting for a Permanent, Full-time role based on site. You will manage reactive and programmed maintenance and billable works on the Establishment, ensuring health and safety compliance and First Time Fix standards.

You will work with Mobile APs to align with JSP 375, identify energy-saving opportunities, and provide technical guidance to DIO and HoE representatives while resolving end-user issues promptly.

Qualifikationen

• Experienced hard FM maintenance manager with planned/reactive maintenance background.
• Experience managing KPIs, reporting and IOSH knowledge.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and be able to pass SC Clearance.
• Experience delivering high-volume, low-value billable works.

Permanent, Full time

Reporting to the Built Estate Manager, this role will require you to manage the delivery and assurance of all reactive and programmed maintenance, and Billable Works on site, ensuring that all Health & Safety requirements are met.

This role will see you oversee the delivery of Reactive & Programmed maintenance on the Establishment to ensure Key Performance indicators are met and tasks are completed to a standard that meets the contractual ‘First Time Fix’ requirements, undertake programmed maintenance inspections and assurance activities, providetechnical support and advice as required to DIO and HoE representatives and reviewall Inspection Reports and certification raising the necessary Remedial tasking and SONs for work.

You will also workclosely with Mobile APs to ensure that all applicable works conform to the requirements of JSP 375, identifyopportunities to reduce energy consumption on site and initiate Billable Works as appropriate by the raising of Statements of Need, manageFGas and waste compliance within the establishment, supportthe Line Manager in providing optimal solutions to customer requirements including acting as single point of contact to resolve end user issues, and ensure that all complaints are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.

A large part of the role will be the project management of high volume low value billable works on site, so experience in this area is crucial.

What You Need To Do The Job

First and foremost, you should be an experienced hard FM maintenance manager from a planned/reactive maintenance background, with experience of managing high volume, low value projects.

Technical qualifications such as Mechanical/Electrical Engineering would be an advantage, but are not essential.

It is more important that you are a competent people manager, from a planned/reactive maintenance background with experience of managing KPIs, reporting, and IOSH knowledge.

You must hold a full UK driving licence to be considered for this role, as well as be able to pass SC Clearance.
