Job summary

Concrete Consulting is seeking a Junior Building Manager to be based on a site in Buckinghamshire. You will support day-to-day site operations, liaise with service partners, and help ensure compliance and service delivery.

The role requires strong communication with tenants, a customer-centric approach and excellent organisation to manage risk assessments, invoicing workflows, and budgeting tasks. This position offers exposure to budget oversight, service charge management, and monthly reporting

Qualifications

• Experience in building management or service provider environment.
• Strong communication and customer-focused approach.
• Organised with ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with service partners to ensure risk assessments and method statements are completed and filed before works are carried out.
• Produce monthly reporting on service partner performance and manage service partner invoicing.
• Keep H&S platform updated, raise POs, instruct and chase up works, and oversee service charge budgets.
• Direct communication with tenants on site, both verbally and in writing.
