Job summary

Concrete Consulting in London is seeking an Assistant Building Manager to support a trophy site in Central London. The role requires coordinating with service partners, ensuring risk assessments and method statements are completed and filed before works begin, and producing monthly performance reports.

You will handle tenant communications on site, maintain a customer-centric and organised approach, and assist with service charge budgets, PO issuance, and invoice management.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service provider or client-side environment is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with tenants and partners.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with service partners to ensure risk assessments and method statements are completed and filed before works commence.
• Produce monthly reporting on service partner performance and manage invoicing.
• Keep H&S platform updated, raise purchase orders, instruct and chase up works.
• Oversee service charge budgets and related financial paperwork.
• Directly communicate with tenants on site, both verbally and in writing, in a professional and customer-centric manner.
