The Site Assistant will report to the Site & Compliance Manager and will be responsible for a variety of tasks including room set-ups, portering, security, health & safety procedures, litter picking, cleaning, and minor repairs.

What We\'re Looking For

• Experience in caretaking, maintenance, or similar roles

This position offers a competitive salary of £28,221 (FTE) for 25 hours per week, with actual pay of approximately £19,598 based on a 52-week contract. There is an opportunity for the right candidate to take on an extra 12.5 hours per week as a cleaner, to be discussed at interview.
