GSK Barnard Castle seeks a Technical Specialist to lead on-site AI, smart manufacturing, and data-enabled digital solutions within the Global Supply Chain Digital and Technology function. You will embed with site teams, translate opportunities into PoCs, PoVs and MVPs, and work with global product teams to scale proven solutions for industrialization and lifecycle support.

Formación

• Experience delivering AI-enabled digital solutions within regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong software engineering background with knowledge of AI, data integration and automation.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into technical requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Embed with site and business teams to understand operational challenges and opportunities.
• Translate priorities into clearly framed, measurable use cases and technical solutions.
• Design, build and validate PoCs/PoVs/MVPs using real site data and workflows.
• Provide hands-on engineering across AI, data, integration, apps and automation.
• Make evidence-based continue/adapt/stop recommendations based on value and feasibility.
• Incorporate cybersecurity, data governance and architecture governance from the start.
