Job summary

Knights Brown Construction Limited is seeking a Site Agent in the Water Division to deliver complex waste water infrastructure projects in South Wales. You will take site-level responsibility, ensuring work is planned, managed and completed to programme, quality and safety standards.

You will lead site teams, coordinate labour and plant, and liaise with project managers and engineers to maintain progress, records and reporting.

Qualifications

Experience in civil engineering or infrastructure project delivery.
Proven ability to lead site teams and deliver construction works successfully.
Experience delivering reinforced concrete packages, deep drainage and water attenuation.
Strong understanding of programme, construction delivery and site coordination.
Working knowledge of contracts, cost control and project reporting.
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead site delivery, taking ownership of construction activities from planning through to completion.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to required quality standards.
Plan, programme and coordinate labour, plant and materials to achieve efficient delivery.
Drive a strong health, safety and environmental culture across site operations.
Manage subcontractors and site teams to ensure performance and compliance.
Work closely with project managers, engineers and commercial teams.
Monitor progress, resolve issues and maintain accurate site records and reporting.
Contribute to cost control, programme management and overall project performance.
