Job summary

Knights Brown Construction Limited is seeking a Site Agent in the Water Division to deliver complex waste water infrastructure projects in South Wales. You will take site-level responsibility, ensuring work is planned, managed and completed to programme, quality and safety standards.

You will lead site teams, coordinate labour and plant, and liaise with project managers and engineers to maintain progress, records and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil engineering or infrastructure project delivery.
• Proven ability to lead site teams and deliver construction works successfully.
• Experience delivering reinforced concrete packages, deep drainage and water attenuation.
• Strong understanding of programme, construction delivery and site coordination.
• Working knowledge of contracts, cost control and project reporting.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Role overview

Knights Brown is an independent civil engineering contractor delivering complex work across energy, water utilities, infrastructure, coasts & ports, and buildings.

We are looking for a Site Agent to deliver civil engineering works across waste water infrastructure projects within our Water Division.

This role will take responsibility for site-level project delivery, ensuring work is planned, managed and executed safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.
