Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Site Agent for a major civil engineering project on a site in Otterbourne near Winchester. You will manage Phase 2 works, report to the Project Team, and ensure safe, efficient delivery on site.

You will lead look-ahead planning, oversee plant, materials and resources, and ensure Quality/ITPs while supporting weekly safety checks and broader site compliance. This role requires hands-on leadership on a challenging urban project with strict program targets.

Qualifications

• Essential experience in shaft sinking, particularly segmental shafts below the water table.
• Experience with microtunnelling (1500mm diameter).
• Ability to prepare, review and amend RAMS.
• Produce look-ahead programmes for the client.
• Manage plant, materials and resources to maintain programme targets.
• Oversee Quality and ITPs.
• Support site safety and weekly compliance checks.
