Job summary

Brixen in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Site Agent to lead day‑to‑day delivery on civils and infrastructure projects. This hands‑on role requires taking ownership, directing teams and ensuring safety, quality and programme adherence.

You will coordinate with Project Managers, engineers and subcontractors, plan short‑term works, manage RAMS/ITPs, labour, plant and materials, and support handover and close‑out while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Agent/Site Manager in civils or infrastructure.
• Experience across highways, earthworks, S278 or similar.
• SMSTS qualification.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Full clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations and coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Commercial, HSEQ, clients and subcontractors.
• Plan and sequence works and manage short-term programmes.
• Oversee RAMS, ITPs, quality and HSEQ requirements.
• Manage labour, plant and materials.
• Monitor progress and take corrective action where needed.
• Manage subcontractors, procurement and site records.
• Identify variations, delays and risks.
• Work closely with clients, design teams and key stakeholders.
• Support project handover and close-out.
