Job summary

RTL Group is seeking a Site Agent to deliver tunnelling and shaft works on a national civil engineering and tunnelling project. The role involves toolbox talks, client liaison, and managing engineering QA with RAMS and ITPs. The candidate should have 2–3 years of site experience, and an engineering background is advantageous.

CSCS with Black or Gold card is preferred. Two engineers will report to the Site Agent, and the successful candidate will oversee QA processes, site safety, and client

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience as a site agent.
• Experience managing tunnelling and shafts.
• CSCS card (Black or Gold) preferred.
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification desirable.
• Engineering background would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tunnelling and shaft projects on site.
• Lead toolbox talks and site safety briefings.
• Liaise with client and manage engineering QA.
• Prepare and monitor ITPs and RAMS.
