Job summary

Urban Connect is seeking a Site Agent for a major wastewater infrastructure programme in Walsall, West Midlands. You will deliver civil engineering works across a three-year pipeline, coordinating subcontractors and site teams to meet programme, budget and quality targets.

Applicants should have experience as a Site Agent or similar civil engineering role, with a background in infrastructure, utilities, water or wastewater projects, and a strong focus on health and safety.

Qualifications

Site Agent – Major Infrastructure Project

Location: Walsall, West Midlands

We are seeking a Site Agent to join a major wastewater infrastructure programme in Walsall, delivering a range of civil engineering works over the next three years.

The project forms part of a significant CSO improvement programme, involving shaft sinking, new sewer installations, manhole construction and associated infrastructure works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day site operations and ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently.
• Coordinating subcontractors, site teams, plant and materials.
• Monitoring progress against programme, budget and quality requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
• Managing site documentation, RAMS, quality records and progress reporting.
• Liaising with project management, engineers and the wider delivery team.

Requirements:

• Experience in a Site Agent or similar civil engineering role.
