Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Didcot, Oxfordshire, is seeking a Site Agent to lead a £35m section of a major highways project. You will work with the Project Manager to drive safety, quality and programme performance on site.

The role requires hands-on leadership, CSCS/SMSTS and a track record delivering earthworks and structures within the highways/public realm. You will mentor engineers, coordinate resources and promote a collaborative, safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Agent in highways/public realm projects.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety and CDM regulations.
• Experience leading site teams and coordinating works.

Responsibilities

• Manage site operations and resources to deliver on time and within budget.
• Mentor and develop Site Engineers and Section Engineers.
• chair site meetings, review plans and ensure IMS compliance.
• Ensure safety, quality and environmental standards are met.
• Coordinate with planning team for accurate programme data.
