Job summary

Octavius Infrastructure Ltd in Taunton, Somerset recruits a Site Agent to lead highway and cycleway improvement projects across the region. You will manage the construction site to meet programme, quality and safety requirements while coordinating with clients and the Octavius team.

The role requires experience in Highway Construction/Improvements, NEC contracts, CDM regulations, and leadership of up to 10 direct reports.

Qualifications

Experience managing highway construction/improvements.
Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills.
Working knowledge of NEC contracts, CDM regulations, design management, programme and risk management and cost control.
Lead team of up to 10 direct reports.
Full Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

Manage construction site to deliver projects on time and to client requirements while maintaining safety and quality.
Lead collaborative culture with suppliers and customers to meet project goals.
Create an energetic environment to pursue efficient, sustainable delivery while ensuring safety.
Oversee multiple highway and cycleway improvement projects across the region.
Coordinate with clients and Octavius team to ensure alignment and delivery.
