Job summary

Peace Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Sub Agent / Site Agent to deliver clean-water and pipeline schemes across Scotland. The role requires multi-site management across several packages, with responsibility for day-to-day delivery, planning, and coordinating direct labour and subcontractors.

You will implement RAMS, ITPs and QA, and maintain site documentation while liaising with clients and the project team.

Qualifications

• Previous clean-water / water mains / pipeline experience.
• Strong civil engineering background.
• Experience as a Sub Agent, Site Agent or experienced Section/Senior Engineer.
• Good understanding of Scottish Water-type projects/frameworks.
• Comfortable managing subcontractors and multiple work fronts.
• Strong site delivery and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing clean-water and pipeline civils works.
• Planning and sequencing site activities.
• Coordinating direct labour and subcontractors.
• RAMS, ITPs, QA and site documentation.
• Client and project-team liaison.
• Monitoring programme, materials and progress.
