Job summary

Bimplus is seeking a Site Agent to lead on the Sizewell C project, delivering packages on-site in Leiston. You will manage site operations from planning through to completion, overseeing engineers, supervisors and subcontractors to meet programme, budget and quality targets.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of CDM and safety/quality systems, and experience in major infrastructure projects. This is a full-time on-site position with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Agent, Senior Engineer or Sub Agent in civil engineering or major infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of CDM regulations, health and safety and quality management systems.
• Experience managing subcontractors, resources and site logistics.
• Excellent leadership with ability to motivate and direct site teams.
• CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid and full UK driving licence.

This is a full-time permanent position based on site in Leiston.

Your new role

As Site Agent, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient and successful delivery of allocated packages of work across the Sizewell C project. Managing site operations from planning through to completion, you will lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered to programme, budget and quality expectations.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Site Agent, Senior Engineer or Sub Agent within civil engineering or major infrastructure projects
• Working knowledge of CDM regulations, health and safety and quality management systems
• Experience managing subcontractors, resources and site logistics
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct site teams
• Sound problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
• CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid and a full UK driving licence.
