Site Agent - Civil & Water Infrastructure Lead

Job summary

Browne is a leading UK contractor delivering civil engineering and water infrastructure projects. We are seeking a Site Agent to lead day-to-day site operations, coordinating labour, plant, materials and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, on programme and to the required quality.

You will build strong client relationships and maintain accurate project records, supporting the development of site teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing civil engineering, water, or wastewater construction projects.
• Strong understanding of site safety, resource planning, project delivery, and subcontractor management.
• Knowledge of construction drawings and construction methodologies.
• Experience working with NEC3 and/or NEC4 forms of contract.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Teams.
• SMSTS or SSSTS qualification.
• Valid CSCS card.
• Temporary Works Supervisor qualification.
• Full UK driving licence.
• First Aid at Work qualification.
