Job summary

Browne is seeking an experienced or aspiring Site Manager aiming to step into Project Management to lead multiple civil engineering projects across water and wastewater sites. You’ll own scopes, site docs, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring safe, on-time delivery and strong client relations.

Strong leadership, planning, and risk management are essential, with focus on delivery excellence and safety culture. UK driving licence and CSCS/SMSTS are expected qualifications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or aspiring Project Manager in civil engineering, utilities or infrastructure.
• Background delivering water or wastewater projects.
• Commercial awareness with cost control during delivery phases (labour, plant, materials).
• Solid understanding of CDM Regulations and construction H&S requirements.
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Confident client-facing communicator able to build strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of multiple civil engineering projects across water and wastewater sites.
• Shape scopes of work and develop site documentation from inception to completion.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure seamless client-designer-operations communication.
• Oversee construction delivery, ensuring safety, programme, and high standards.
• Maintain a zero-incident safety culture and drive delivery excellence.
