Job summary

Kier Group plc is seeking an Agent to join the Thames Water framework team based at Mogden STW in Twickenham. The role focuses on managing civil and structural works, taking ownership of project delivery, and working with a dedicated team to deliver schemes safely, on time and to high quality standards.

You will plan and program works, own profit and loss, monitor costs, support Health & Safety policies, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating across divisions to maximise client

Qualifications

• Qualification such as a Management qualification, NVQ Level 3, HNC or Degree.
• Experience with reinforced concrete, underground services, groundworks and civil engineering.
• Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to lead technical teams.
• Chartered with ICE or working towards Chartership.
• Transferrable skills welcome at Kier.

Responsibilities

• Planning and programming works to ensure effective resource utilisation and commercial performance.
• Taking full ownership of profit and loss for schemes, maintaining robust cost control.
• Supporting the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies and Business Assurance Systems.
• Creating detailed programmes to plan and measure daily activities, ensuring works meet specification requirements.
• Working collaboratively across divisions to promote a one-team approach and identify opportunities for improvement.
