MJ Church Ltd. is seeking proactive Site Agents to lead construction projects from start to finish across England. You will manage daily site operations, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, and maintain schedules while upholding safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on site management experience, strong leadership, and a passion for delivering high-quality infrastructure. Join us to drive excellence on-site and shape community projects across the Southwest and Wales.

Competenze

• Proven experience in construction site management with a strong background in management software (ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6).
• Demonstrated experience supervising diverse onsite teams.
• Extensive knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, blueprint reading and quality control.
• Familiarity with heavy civil or pipeline projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of OSHA safety regulations and on-site safety protocols.
• Technical proficiency with schematics interpretation and electrical testing tools such as Ohmmeter.
• Excellent management skills coordinating multiple stakeholders within timelines and budgets.

• Oversee daily construction site activities per project plans, schedules and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors and vendors for smooth workflow.
• Monitor progress using construction management software to track milestones and budgets.
• Conduct site inspections to uphold quality control and safety compliance.
• Supervise onsite teams, guiding construction methods, safety procedures and schematics interpretation.
• Manage contract scope, change orders and documentation per specifications.
• Utilize electrical testing tools and ensure budgeting accuracy with estimating software.
