The Role

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Site Engineers to join our Civil Engineering team. These entry-level roles offer a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands‑on experience in overseeing construction projects, ensuring quality standards, and supporting site operations.

The role of Site Engineer to the Civils Division, will provide high quality operational and technical support. You will be responsible for site setting out, liaising with and supervising subcontractors, analysing design and specifications, quality documentation and compliance, As Built progress surveys. Raising TQ’s and maintaining ITP’s. Coordinating testing regimes. General site supervision. Maintaining and expanding site control networks. Creating, briefing and controlling permit distribution. Scanning for services etc. Integral operational role in the success of all schemes.

Who You Are
