Job summary

Carmichael UK is seeking an experienced Site Agent for the Sizewell C project in the United Kingdom. You will take ownership of site delivery, ensuring safety, quality and timely construction across major works on a Tier 1 contractor framework.

You will manage site operations, produce RAMS, support temporary works, and collaborate with stakeholders while using AutoCAD/BIM and Excel. A strong health and safety focus is essential for successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience on major infrastructure or civil engineering projects with Tier 1 contractors.
• SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely in Construction is essential.
• First Aid certification is required.
• Major-project experience is required.
• Experience writing RAMS is required.
• Proficiency with Excel is essential.
• Experience with AutoCAD/BIM is required.
• Strong stakeholder engagement experience is essential.
• ILM Level 3 Certificate CBE, or willingness to complete within six months.

We are looking for an experienced Site Agent to join a leading Tier 1 contractor delivering works on the Sizewell C project.

We’re looking for someone with a strong major-projects background who can take ownership of site delivery, maintaining high standards across safety, quality and construction whilst working effectively with project stakeholders.

As Site Agent, you’ll be involved in the day-to-day management and delivery of works, including:

• Managing site operations and coordinating construction activities
• Producing and reviewing RAMS
• Supporting temporary works activities
• Using AutoCAD/BIM and Excel as part of project delivery
• Managing interfaces with key project stakeholders
• Maintaining strong health, safety and quality standards
• Helping ensure works are delivered safely and effectively

You’ll ideally have previous experience working on major infrastructure or civil engineering projects, particularly within a Tier 1 contractor environment.

Essential:

• SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely in Construction
• First Aid
