Job summary

Kier Group is seeking a Site Agent to join the United Utilities Framework based in the North West of England. You will lead on-site operations, ensuring work is safe, on time and within budget.

You will coordinate site teams, manage resources and costs, and maintain high-quality standards while liaising with clients and regulators. A full driving licence and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

  • Experience in site management and project delivery within construction.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and contracts.
  • Strong leadership to manage site teams and subcontractors.
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.

  • Ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting site inspections and addressing issues promptly.
  • Maintaining accurate site records, including progress reports, risk assessments and safety documentation.

Job description

We're looking for a Site Agent to join our United Utilities Framework based in North West of England.

Location: North West of England
Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

Join us as a Site Agent and take the lead in managing construction sites that deliver essential projects to our customers. You'll be at the heart of site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. This is an opportunity to work collaboratively with diverse teams, clients, and regulatory bodies, making a real difference in the communities we serve.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Site Agent, you'll be working within the United Utilities team, supporting them in delivering projects to our customers. Your day to day will include:

  • You can read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts with confidence
  • You have strong leadership abilities to manage site teams, subcontractors, and resources effectively
  • You possess in-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements in construction
  • You hold a Full driving licence and are willing to travel to various construction sites
