Involve Recruitment is assisting a specialist contractor on a major brownfield industrial development in the region. The Site Agent will lead the scheme from inception through delivery, taking overall responsibility for programme, budget, site team and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Agent with major earthworks, groundworks, remediation or environmental projects.

Responsibilities

• Developing, managing and monitoring the project programme.
• Managing project budgets, costs and commercial performance.
• Leading and managing the site team and subcontractors.
• Ensuring the highest standards of health, safety and environmental compliance.
• Managing client and senior stakeholder relationships.
• Driving project delivery, quality and performance from commencement through to completion.

Job description

My client is a specialist contractor delivering a significant package of works on one of the region's largest brownfield industrial developments.

The scope includes major earthworks and associated environmental works, with an estimated programme of approximately two years.

The Site Agent will lead the scheme from inception through delivery, taking overall responsibility for:

• Leading and managing the site team and subcontractors.
• Ensuring the highest standards of health, safety and environmental compliance.
