Job summary

Run Resourcing Ltd is seeking a Site Agent to plan and deliver highways maintenance projects across Sussex on behalf of a top tier contractor. The role is hybrid between the regional office and live site visits, with several projects at different stages valued from £100k to £1m.

You should have solid civil engineering experience and familiarity with NEC contracts; a technical background is advantageous. You will coordinate risks, programmes, and quality to ensure on-time delivery.

Job description

We're recruiting a Site Agent for a top tier contractor to plan and deliver highways maintenance projects across Sussex. The business is main contractor working on some of the UK's largest projects as well as supporting National Highways, private clients and local authorities across the South. The role will be hybrid between their regional office and visiting live projects. Due to the size of the projects it is rare that you will be positioned on a site 5 days a week. You'll typically have 3-5 projects at different stages, ranging in value from £100k - £1m which will be delivered by a Sub Agent, Foreman and Engineers.

It is essential you have experience of working in the civil engineering sector and using NEC contracts - a technical background is favourable.
