Job summary

Navartis Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Agent for a major civils/power project in the Aberdeenshire area. The role is a 6‑month contract with potential extension and falls inside IR35. The successful candidate will lead Sub Agents, Section Engineers, Site Engineers and Foremen to deliver on time, within budget and to the required quality.

The package includes £50 per hour and a pathway to ongoing work on upcoming projects with a supportive employer who values involvement and development.

• To manage and guide a team of Sub Agents, Section Engineers, Site Engineers and Foremen
• Manage and motivate the team, manage performance, undertake training/coaching as appropriate

• Attend weekly meetings and do reporting

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Site Agent to join a main contractor in the Aberdeenshire area working on a Major/Power/Civils related project.

Our client is looking for a Site Agent to join them working on the civils aspects of the project. This is an initial 6 month contract with the view to be extended beyond this for the right individual. with the opportunity to move on to other upcoming projects beyond this. This role falls inside IR35.
