Site Administrator
£28,000 per annum - 40 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to support our site. You will be responsible for day-to-day site administration activities, enabling the Site Operations Manager and Department Managers to focus more on standards, sales, and the customer and colleague experience.

You will work closely and communicate effectively with site colleagues at all levels, Central Support, and external business partners to ensure that your targets and site objectives are collaboratively achieved.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with GSA, our cleaning partner, to maintain site cleanliness standards
  • Manage department uniform spend to meet the annual budget
  • Support weekly fire checks and alarm tests, including duty checks
  • Review site maintenance jobs for escalation and quotation, escalate as needed, and review messages
  • Oversee ground works and maintain relationships related to site ground activities
  • Implement gaming compliance, monitor KPIs, and manage processes to minimize smart safe peaks and handle claims on-site
  • Maintain personal files with appropriate handling of sensitive data
  • Prepare Return to Work documentation, take notes in ER meetings, support onboarding, and celebrate team successes. Be a champion of Dayforce
  • Assist Department Managers with recruitment during peak periods
  • Resolve customer issues promptly
