We’re seeking an enthusiastic and driven Charge Nurse to deliver high-quality, individualised care as part of our dedicated clinical team. You'll play a key role in ensuring patient safety, dignity, and excellent outcomes, while embodying The Ramsay Way – People Caring for People.

What you’ll do

  1. Help lead the team by working closely with the Outpatient/pre-assessment Manager
  2. You will be an integral part of a team committed to delivering the highest quality clinical outcomes.

  4. Maintain high standards of clinical practice with excellent clinical outcomes.
  5. Prioritise patient’s health and wellbeing across a complex pathway and changing caseload.

  7. Develop and maintain excellent working relationships.
  8. Ensure infection control standards are upheld.

What you’ll bring with you

  • Registered nursing qualification or equivalent
  • Leadership experience within a hospital environment
  • Registered with the NMC
  • Recent post-qualification surgical experience
  • Experience of team-based care delivery
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing needs
  • Customer service skills
  • Computer literacy
