The post holder will provide clinical and managerial nursing/midwifery leadership for a designated clinical area, ensuring standards of care are upheld. Working with the Supervisory Sister/Charge Nurse, they will ensure effective clinical leadership and accountability, acting in a manner that reflects the Trust's and profession's values.
