Job Description:

SISS Station Systems Technician - Level 4 is responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance and assisting with reactive maintenance on CCTV, CIS, PA, and SISS (Station Information and Security Systems). The role involves working permanent nights from Sunday to Thursday, 10pm to 6am, based at Pirin Court Depot near Canning Town.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist qualified technicians in fault rectification on CCTV, PAVA, PHP, and CIS screens.
2. Attend planned, remedial, and corrective maintenance tasks.
3. Maintain SISS assets and report/fix station communication faults.
4. Utilise field IT equipment for real-time maintenance data.
5. Liaise with Telent Service Centre for task updates and fault resolutions.

Candidate Requirements:

This entry-level role suits hands-on individuals who can multi-task and are eager to learn. Experience in a similar role or understanding of Network Rail health & safety procedures is advantageous.
