Job summary

Seven Investment Management LLP in London is seeking an organised administrator to support the Transitions team with SIPP transfers, processing instructions, and liaising with counterparties to ensure timely completion.

The role focuses on tracking assets in transfer, chasing information, and maintaining SOPs, with a collaborative approach and potential cross-training within Operations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years SIPP transitions/Administration experience.
• Ideally studying towards IOC certificate or already qualified.

Responsibilities

• Check and process transfer requests from 7IM teams, liaising with third parties and inputting into Pershing NEXUS.
• Communicate with counterparties, fund managers and custodians to ensure timely transfer of client assets.
• Track and report assets in transfer using the Transfer Tracker system with clear updates for clients and colleagues.
• Manage team mailbox, post and telephone queries.
• Process transfers through Origo and Altus re-registration systems.
• Monitor reports to check receipt of funds and assets.
• Chase and validate SIPP transfer information from third parties.
• Process payments to clients and third parties related to transfers out of 7IM.
• Adhere to internal and client procedures and controls.
• Treat clients and colleagues fairly; maintain relationships with other 7IM departments.
